Convict drinks poison as complacent Judges  look on in silence at Hague based United Nations Tribunal

On this important day, as we celebrate the life of Martin Luther King, Jr. we must  remember that the accident of our birth does not define our value.  We should all be judged on the content of our character.   AJ Global Legal calls on all global citizens to speak out against hate speech.  We must keep in mind that:

First they came for the Socialists, and I did not speak out—

Because I was not a Socialist.

Then they came for the Trade Unionists, and I did not speak out—
Because I was not a Trade Unionist.

Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out—
Because I was not a Jew.

Then they came for me—and there was no one left to speak for me.

We cannot remain silent.

In this photo provided by the ICTY on Wednesday, Nov. 29, 2017, Slobodan Praljak brings a bottle to his lips, during a Yugoslav War Crimes Tribunal in The Hague, Netherlands. Praljak yelled, “I am not a war criminal!” and appeared to drink from a small bottle, seconds after judges reconfirmed his 20-year prison sentence for involvement in a campaign to drive Muslims out of a would-be Bosnian Croat ministate in Bosnia in the early 1990s.
