Abbe Jolles is a Washington, DC based international human rights litigator. She was the first American woman admitted to the International Criminal Court and achieved a landmark decision before the United Nations International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda. She is the only American admitted to the African Court of Human and People's Rights. She has tried hundreds of cases domestically and internationally. She provides representation throughout the world in matters before Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) US Treasury, UN Tribunals, Immigration and Refugee courts and tribunals both inside and outside the United States. She handles both civil and criminal matters. She is always accessible to her clients. She travels on short notice, responding immediately to emergency situations around the world in order to protect those she represents.
